Radon Fan Repair
Put an existing radon system back to work.
Radon fans run day and night and usually last somewhere around 5 to 10 years. When one quits, radon starts building up again, and there's nothing inside the house to warn you.
Look at the manometer on the vent pipe. If the liquid sits level on both sides, the fan isn't pulling. A fan that has started humming loudly, a pipe that rattles or an alarm that won't clear usually points to the same problem.
We swap out failed fans, repair cracked or blocked pipe and check the rest of the system, so you know it's protecting your home again. Call (983) 200-7452.

Most are quick fixes.
A correctly sized, sealed radon fan to replace the one that failed.
New mounts, a muffler or a relocated fan so the system goes quiet.
Cracked joints, loose couplings or blocked pipe that cut suction.
Adding a fan to a passive radon pipe so it actively pulls soil gas.
| Job | Typical Range |
|---|---|
| Fan replacement or repair | $100 – $900 |
| Activating a passive pipe | $650 – $900 |
Depends on the fan model and how easy it is to reach.
We look at the gauge, the seals and the exhaust point, not just the fan.
If the system was off for a while, we'll suggest a retest to confirm your level.
